The Latter Rain
It seems in looking ‘round the world
That unrighteousness holds sway
That every thought of man is curled
Round evil intentions made
The beauty of our once blessed earth
Is despoiled by vast arrays
Of solar panes and windmills which
Detract more than they gain
Our children are injected by
Twenty times more than we had
In our youth when we were
Much less sickly than…
